Personal Information

Born in New Jersey, I grew up in Silver Lake, Ohio, and have lived in Bath and in Jackson Township. For the past 25 years I have enjoyed lakefront living on the Portage Lakes. We have a cat, and two Pembroke Welsh Corgis who love to go out on the boat. I am a skier, I love to travel and to read, I am active in several education and service related organizations, and strongly support the efforts of First Glance, a local youth outreach program.

Real Estate Experience
In over forty years of investing in real estate I have owned everything from large apartment buildings to single family homes, to commercial mixed use buildings. Ever watchful of new opportunities, I have undertaken many fun projects including converting an apartment complex into single family condos, developing land, and owning and managing one of the first corporate suites residence complexes in the area. And my experience includes hands on remodeling, maintenance, and new construction.
